Neighborhood trick or treating will take place in the City's downtown Historic District this year on Friday, October 31, 2025! While City staff will not be holding a "Trick or Treat on Harvey Street" as they have done in years past, the Historic District will have road closures to allow residents and visitors a safe area for community trick or treating. The following road closures will be in effect from 5:00 p.m. until approximately 10:00 p.m., unless otherwise noted:

Eastbound lane of West Retta Esplanade
West Marion Avenue from Cross Street to Shreve Street
Side streets between West Retta Esplanade and West Marion Avenue
 - Harvey Street - CLOSED from 9:00 a.m., REOPENING by 10:00 p.m.
 - Durrance Street
 - Gill Street
 - Gilchrist Street
 - McGregor Street
 - Chasteen Street
 - Dolly Street
 - Berry Street
 - Sarah Street
